Using the insane logic apparently applied in this case, the studio's and their lawyers would also want news organizations to remove any derogatory reviews or comments regarding their IP. Most of these requests I've been telling them to go away, trying to find a line between what is legitimate for me to keep on the one hand and what isn't on the other. But as you can see all the scene releasers have an e-mail leading to hush.com / .ai / .etc mail so when only one uploads or not even the release group just a random spreading it they should target hush for this. They are basically giving you a "scare" so you take off any and all links pertaining to this type of material but all you do is provide people with a place to put txt... files online the info file that i have seen have yet to devour any information about a place to download said content, you ARE basically google in a matter just archiving text isn't illegal. On none of those NFO files did I see a single link to any illegal activity. So by their standards which seem etchy at best you can create something like "Iron.Man.2.DVD.SCR-PaStE2" info file..
